Does anyone here have snakes as pets?

I am interested in having a pet snake and researched the internet last night in preparation. The snake I'm interested in is here:

He's a little 4 month domesticated non-poisonous corn snake:)

Any hints and tips on raising snakes would be much appreciated!:)
